Either PSEB application form or PSEB admission form can be download from the official website provided by the organization. Punjab school education board admission forms can be downloaded from website or it is available at the administrative office of PSEB.

Do’s And Don’ts While Filling Forms :

Do’s :

• Read the complete contents given in the PSEB application form before proceed to fill the form
• Make sure that you are filling the correct details without spelling mistakes and striking errors.

Don’ts :

• Do not overwrite the form. Mind not to make any mistakes, strike, and overwrite the details.
• Do not forget to put signature and get signature from parents and guardian.

After filled up the form, do not forget to attach the required necessary documents like Birth certificate, Address proof along with PSEB admission form, if needed, documents from last educational organization.
